Franz Ferdinand es una banda escocesa de pop / indie.
Sus integrantes son:
Alex Kapranos *voz, guitarra, compositor*
Nick McCarthy *guittara, compositor*
Bob Hardy *bajo*
Paul Thomson *batería*
**al comienzo del 2005 Andy Knowles, antiguo miembro, vuelve a la banda. A pesar de que no aparecen en los materiales grabados el ha sido parte de presentaciones en vivo. Andy es percusionista y tecladista.**

Para que vean que tengo mi lado popular hehe

Bueno, este singular trío británico nace en el año 1997 en un instituto de su país. El primer dingle fue everybody's changing el cual acaparó con una gran cantidad de críticas positivas, lo cual sorprendió a muchos. Los medios los catalogaban como los a-kid de radiohead con un poco de A-ha.

Uno de los datos que caracterizan a esta banda es la ausencia de guitarrista.

Sus integrantes son:

Tom Chaplin *voz*

Tim Rice- Oxley *piano*

Richard Hughes *batería*

Los temas de Keane son muy emotivos y están llenos de sentimientos... son muy versátiles ya que pueden pasar de un tema lento a uno más violento musicalmente. Incluyen el uso de sintetizadores en algunas ocasiones.

Tom ( vocalista ) afirma que no quieren ser una pequeña banda que se oculta, ellos hacen su música para ser oídos y mientras por más gente sea mejor.
